Larkhill Tipis is a 20 acre smallholding offering eco-friendly, comfortable tipi and yurt holiday accommodation. We are a quiet site with three tipis and two yurts which are located amongst four acres of woodland with meandering pathways, a laburnum avenue leading into a seven ringed labyrinth, a meditation circle and a myriad of wood carvings dotted around. There is a log cabin for everyone's use, hot showers and toilets. Ducks and chickens wander freely and there is a play area for children.

Penrhipyn was originally a blacksmith's shop, the 19th century traditional Welsh cottage is built of river-stone with traditional features throughout including exposed oak beams and wooden flooring. The bedrooms offer wonderful views across the valley.

Penyrallt Fach provides comfortable, traditional style accommodation in what was originally a 19th century piggery. The accommodation is on one floor, with one or two steps in the passage to the bedrooms.

The kitchen/diner/sitting-room has a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, refrigerator and micro-wave oven.

There are two bedrooms which are simply and attractively furnished with a double bed and twin beds respectively. All bed-linen is provided.

A small complimentary welcome hamper containing organic and fair-trade items will be in the cottage on your arrival. A larger hamper of local and organic produce can be ordered in advance at a cost of £30.

Penyrallt Fach is a no smoking cottage.

Situated on a quiet lane in a rural location, Typoeth is an 18th century listed cottage offering peace and quiet not very far from the small market town of Llandysul. Surrounded by beautiful farm- and woodland, the cottage is perfect for couples wishing to escape the hassles of everyday life.

It is comfortably furnished, light and airy and comprises one bedroom, a handmade kitchen, livingroom and bathroom as well as good storage facilities for outdoor clothes, fishing tackle, bicycles, etc. It has central heating and a multifuel stove and is warm in winter, yet cool in summer.

The garden is secluded and is perfect for exploring local wildlife - watch out for herons, red kites or even otters. There are several pubs and restaurants nearby as well as takeaways. A food hamper awaits you on arrival. Pets are particularly welcome. Suzanna is one of the local dog trainers and has over 40 years experience, being a Bellmead trained kennelmaid. Private tuition available by prior arrangement - forget Dog Borstal, this is comfortable accommodation!

Amidst beautiful wild welsh scenery sits the historic Waunifor estate which comprises of five traditional and homely stone holiday cottages set in five acres of magical gardens.

The self-catering cottages sleep from 2 people (Duckpond) up to 10 (The Longhouse, which is a delightful listed building with inglenook fireplace and oak beams) and can be booked individually or together. They are fully equipped, centrally heated and most have a wood-burner or open fire, each with a unique character. The delightful gardens include a children's play area, wooded copse, Duckpond and stream, Victorian walled garden, paddock and various courtyards. Dogs welcome by arrangement.

Maesgwyn Caravan Site

A Caravan Club site on a smallholding with extensive views of the surrounding countryside. Public footpaths allow for woodland walks and you will be within walking distance of Skanda Vale. The coasts of Carmarthen Bay and Cardigan Bay are only a 30 minute drive away. Local amenities include Pubs, Grocers, Newagents and Post Office.

The site can accommodate 5 caravans all with electric hookups, dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a lead within the caravan site. An optional breakfast service can be arranged.

In addition a 4-6 berth caravan is available to rent in its own garden. The caravan has two rooms with double beds and a lounge area which can provide additional sleeping arrangements and TV viewing, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (Gas Cooker, Toaster, Microwave and pots and pans).
